Everyday Tools for a Better Life

ABOUT ME

Since I can recall, I was always fascinated by life—its creation, its mysteries, its quirks, and curiosities. That led me to investigate life and how we perceive it.

As a teenager, I would read any ‘Popular Science’ book available, thinking physics was the magic wand that would explain it all. But I quickly learned that physics doesn’t provide answers to the most important questions. Rather, it’s the way we perceive life that makes us ask the wrong questions to start with.

My lifelong mission of ‘figuring it out’ led me to a Bachelor’s degree in physics, exploring spiritual practices, and dabbling in philosophy and psychology. I joined retreats, did many courses, and read every self-help book I could find.

I tried meditations and life-hacks for money mindset, communication, and emotional intelligence.

All these teachings were good, and some were incredibly helpful, but they never felt complete. There were all these bits and pieces that never quite gelled into something that made total sense.

Although my life seemed good enough, I kept trying to make it better. It wasn’t about feeling ‘broken’—I was just genuinely curious why life felt so inconsistent. While some areas were great, others were totally unsatisfying, to say the least.

At times, I felt like I was living a double life: even as far back as my school years, I struggled to fit in at school itself, yet in my after-school activities, I was confident and loved. Later on in life, I’d find myself surrounded by amazing, inspiring friends, only to partner with romantic interests who weren't right for me at all. And in recent years, as a mother, I knew I was a great parent, yet my relationship with my daughter was a constant cycle of conflict that I just couldn't seem to solve.

Only after I was introduced to ‘UNLOCKED’ things finally fell into place. This nine-week course amalgamated everything I’d explored throughout my lifelong quest of ‘figuring it out’ into one coherent sequence.

The interesting thing was that I already knew a lot of the content; it wasn't about learning new information, but the way it was laid out—the actual sequence and logic—that made all the bits and bobs truly sink in and allow the transformation to happen. Suddenly, things fell into place, and my life started transforming without much extra effort.

The biggest shift has been realising that I’ve actually been on the ‘other side’ for a while now. ‘UNLOCKED’ just gave me the big-picture overview to examine closely those areas in my life that needed more attention. And things fell into place with hardly any effort: my current intimate relationship, which honestly feels like a fairytale, just happened all by itself. The conflict with my daughter is unravelling beautifully, and we’re finding a new way to be together.

I’m now pursuing my dream of teaching others how to live their happiest lives. I’ve realised that while I’m far from being perfect, I have what it takes to teach ‘UNLOCKED’: a deep passion for growth, a wealth of knowledge about perceptions, and a genuine desire to connect with people who want to improve their lives.

I’m walking the path of growth, evolving every day, and teaching others while I learn. Although I still have much to learn, I also have so much to share.
